The owner was really friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy and comfortable. My room was clean, warm, and had everything I needed, including both heating and air conditioning. It's right in downtown Yerevan, but still quiet, with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shops, and the bus station close by. The price was very good too. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

At 9:45 pm the night before we were due to arrive, they messaged to say our booking had been cancelled. That left us with very few options and a last-minute scramble to find somewhere to stay. Luckily, we were awake and saw the message. The communication and organization were awful, and the whole way they handled it was disgusting. I can't recommend a place this unreliable.

We were the only guests, as far as we could tell, in this three-room mini-hotel. It sits in a courtyard right in the center, and we parked the car there easily. Shops, cafes, and restaurants were all close, and we walked everywhere. The room had what we needed, including a roomy shower, hot water, and bright white towels. At the entrance there's a lounge with tea and coffee, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, a corkscrew, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Check-in and checkout were contactless, with the keys in a locker and the exit codes sent ahead. We left the money on the table and communicated through WhatsApp. Great price for all of that. We'd definitely stay here again if we're back. Thank you ❤️

They took us on a tour and showed us around, explaining how everything worked. From the airport pickup through to the room, everything was top-notch. The room was clean and cozy, and they were happy to answer any questions.

The room was spacious and cozy, and the location couldn't be better, just five minutes from the city center. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with a SAS supermarket. Everything was great.
