Time Hotel

The hotel was wonderfully quiet at night. Its entrance is behind the building, away from the main road, so there was no traffic or other outside noise. Since I go to bed early, I really appreciated how easy and comfortable it was to sleep. The staff were also caring and quick to respond. Even during lunch or dinner breaks, they got back to me promptly by email or WhatsApp, whatever the time or inconvenience. I'm grateful for the calm, supportive stay they made possible. It was thoughtful and stress-free.

The room had a comfortable bed, soft sheets, good internet, and effective heating and AC. The shower worked well and was warm. It was also very quiet and dark, and the neighborhood was nice, with lots of good restaurants. Cleanliness was a letdown. Someone else's hair was all over my sheets. The main desk isn't staffed around the clock, which was inconvenient at times. I paid to have my laundry done about 24 hours before checkout and specifically checked that it would be ready in time, but it was handed back soaking wet when I left.

Hopeless. The owner was not cooperative.

The family atmosphere was what made this place feel like home to me. I understood it to be family-run, and the owners and staff regularly checked whether guests needed anything or if they could improve the stay. Special thanks to Diana and Karen, the owners. Their service was outstanding. They even showed me photos and designs from before and after they bought the hotel, and seeing the effort, love, and hard work they put into it was inspiring. I felt very safe throughout my stay. Each night, around 1-2 AM, the front entrance was locked, and only guests with access could get in. Armenia is a very safe country in general, but this made me feel even more secure. The hotel was always spotless, the staff were wonderful, and they were ready to help with anything: tour suggestions, calling a taxi, coffee advice, or even talking through a job opportunity. I've brought many friends here, and every one of them loved it. You're right in the heart of the city, just two minutes from everything, with a team that helped me with whatever I needed. I'm writing to thank them and help others find the place. My stay was unforgettable, and I highly recommend it.
