The breakfast was good, and I appreciated that the chef was Egyptian like us. Still, I came hoping to try more Armenian food and explore a different cuisine. The main problem was the room: the heating was so high and couldn’t be adjusted, so we couldn’t sleep. We were there for our honeymoon, just the two of us. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

We stayed as a couple, and I don’t have children. The place could be very good, but the reception staff and service left a really bad impression. Even a regular request to change the room temperature felt like it was met with racism and discrimination, and the heat affected my sleep badly.

The indoor pool was quiet and comfortable, and the place itself was clean and good. The service didn’t feel like five-star service, though. Standard rooms don’t have balconies, which could be a problem for smokers, especially when it’s cold.

The room felt unfinished, with holes in the walls and a generally careless look. On top of that, it was unbearably hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature, so relaxing or sleeping properly was impossible. For the price, that was unacceptable and made the stay feel like being at a construction site. A terrible experience, and I strongly advise against booking here.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown by taxi, or roughly a 45-minute walk. The rooms were good and so was breakfast. An amazing hotel.
