The location was peaceful and quiet, but still close to what you need. Our room was bright, cozy, and clean, and housekeeping came every day so discreetly that we’d leave for a bit and return to a perfectly tidy room without seeing anyone. It almost felt like magic. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and different each morning. A lovely way to start the day. The staff at Welcome Inn Yerevan made us feel at home from the start. They were warm and friendly, always happy to answer questions or help, and every interaction felt pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Big thanks to the whole team. I’d recommend Welcome Inn Yerevan to anyone visiting the city.

Manager Anna made a real difference during our stay. She was kind, helpful, and attentive to what we needed, and her personal touch was lovely. My husband and I had a great experience at Welcome Inn. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. We’d gladly return and recommend it to others.

The ladies at check-in were wonderful, and the rooms were very spacious. We picked this hotel for our last days in Armenia because it was close to the airport, and it was the cleanest place we stayed during the trip. We missed breakfast because of an early flight. One male staff member could be better at customer service, though. Still, we had a great stay.

Our stay had been pleasant until just before checkout, when we were accused of taking a TV remote. We absolutely hadn’t. It was shocking and humiliating, especially since we’d been respectful guests the whole time. No proper investigation or courtesy came before the conclusion. Being treated with that kind of mistrust ruined the experience. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled showed neither professionalism nor basic respect. Management should review how situations like this are dealt with. Accusing guests without evidence isn’t acceptable, and after this treatment, I can’t recommend the hotel.

The hotel is quiet, in a good location, and family friendly. I loved my stay and would really recommend it if you’re visiting Armenia for the first time. God bless the staff.
