Hotel Alpine Castle

The room was warm and clean, and I found the stay very comfortable, with a beautiful view. The hotel is about 2.5 km from the main road, and the route there goes through the forest. There's a wooden stove in each room that you can use to make a fire.

The restaurant's fresh, flavorful food was a highlight, especially breakfast, and the staff were polite and accommodating. I recently stayed at Alpine Castle Hotel in Dilijan and had a pleasant time overall. Its distinctive architecture fits beautifully into the mountain scenery, giving it a charming, almost fairytale atmosphere. The views from the property are breathtaking, making it a lovely getaway for nature lovers.

For 40,000 AMD, I expected more from the standard room we booked. It felt cramped, uncomfortable, and suffocating, and the view was dreadful. Even the sink was clogged. The whole experience was really disappointing.

We waited two hours for one of two things we'd ordered at the restaurant, and the other never came. Nobody seemed sorry or even apologized. Between that awful service and the high prices, it was a shame. Customer service was zero, and the restaurant staff were awful. The rooms had very old furniture and no phone for calling the front desk. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'd give it zero stars. Stay away.
