A dog was loose in the courtyard with no sign or warning, and the owner hadn't warned me either. The shepherd attacked me and ripped my jacket. The owner was rude instead of apologizing. The rooms were extremely dirty and cold, and water dripped all night and kept me from sleeping properly. This disgusting hotel isn't worth the money.

We arrived late in the evening after booking through Booking.com, only to be told there were no rooms. They sent us by taxi to a “hotel of the same standard,” which was cheaper and awful, with smoke-filled rooms and plumbing problems. They even made money from the difference in price. I'd avoid dealing with them unless you want your mood ruined.

I've stayed here twice, and the newly renovated hotel has been a good place for an airport stopover. The hostess is lovely, kind, and responsive. If I need to stay overnight in Yerevan again, I'll definitely come back.

We felt at home at the Sirik family hotel. The hosts were friendly and looked after our comfort, and the room rate was low. The room had Wi-Fi, new furniture, a good renovation, a comfortable bed, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, washing machine, stove, and air conditioning. Shops, the airport, a playground, and parking are nearby, so we had everything we needed. If needed, the hostess can order a Yandex taxi from the hotel to the airport for 700 drams (€1.69), five times cheaper than an airport taxi, +374 98 012331. It saves time and money.
