10/10
The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, just what I needed after a long day. The room was cozy and updated, and the pool and gym were in good shape. I also really liked the hotel's relaxing, modern atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Not everyone spoke English fluently, which is understandable. Breakfast was something I enjoyed every morning, though dinner was only okay and felt a bit expensive for what we got. Restaurant and service charges couldn't be added to the room, so we had to pay directly. The room phone buttons for Reception, Room Service, and the restaurant didn't work properly during our stay, and there were no USB or other charging ports in the room. There's a nearby mall for groceries, restaurants, and basic shopping, though not much to explore in the immediate area. Even with those issues, we had a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

The staff were attentive and professional throughout, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made the stay even better. The rooms were comfortable, well kept, and a relaxing place to come back to after a long day. I had a very pleasant stay at the Talatona Convention Hotel in Luanda, and think it's a great option for business or leisure.

The room service food was disgusting, and the music in the hallway was really loud at night. I also had no WiFi, the water went off, and there was no hot water in the room. At 11:30pm, a waiter knocked and woke me up to collect the dinner bill because their card machine hadn't worked earlier. The waiters didn't know how to use the card machine. I was also given the wrong email address for printing documents.

The staff gave us a warm welcome, from management and the front desk to the reception support and restaurant team. I also want to point out how clean the facilities were.
