The breakfast let us down. It felt like we were there in the off-season, and the effort from the staff just wasn't there.

The fireplace in the living room, the views, and the chefs' meals all made the stay special, but what stood out most was the care from the staff. Someone was available around the clock, and even the owners were on hand to help directly with whatever came up. The warmth felt real, and we felt right at home. For Alumine and the area around it, this was the best hotel experience we could have asked for.

Yanina gave us such a warm welcome. The hotel feels luxurious, yet the prices are really affordable, and the service was excellent. It's close to town, with easy access to Ruca Choroi. Most of the road to Pehuenia is paved now, with just 10 km of well-maintained gravel left.

This wasn't the first time our yoga studio group of 20 stayed here, and they always make it easy for us. They prepare the rooms ahead of time, help arrange whatever activities we want, and get us what we need to promote the event. We're so grateful. Everything was excellent, from arrival through departure, and they're always attentive to what tourists need.
