The staff were very nice, and I felt very safe. The rooms were a great size and very clean, with a microwave, mini fridge, and balcony. It's in a good neighborhood near public transportation, though getting to SoHo & Hollywood takes a bit of a walk.

There are lots of great places nearby, and the apartment is very well maintained. The hosts were a great help at both check-in and check-out. Santa Fe street does get crowded at night and on weekends.

The staff were helpful, and breakfast was yummy. The hotel was clean and modern, though the location was noisy, especially with Ave Santa Fe having bus line renovations underway. It's right in the middle of the city, so there's noise.

It's in a nice spot for getting to city attractions, the airport, and shopping malls, and the place was clean with good guest service. I did find some moths on the bed sheets, though.

The room was dirty and nowhere near what the homepage description promised. There was no balcony or kitchen, among other things. It's a scam, don't come here.
