The rooms are basic, and mine had bed bugs or fleas. Staff were defensive and argumentative, blamed guests, and wouldn't let us change rooms. No apology came from the daytime staff. The evening staff were curt, unfriendly, and unhelpful. They don't seem interested in their guests, and I wasn't reimbursed for the stay.

Just horrible. It wasn't clean, and they tried to cover the smell with an air freshener that only made me nauseous. Stay away.
A lovely, very familiar place with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and cinemas nearby. It's close to all the transportation you need for getting around the city or heading out of it.
The service was excellent, but the staff were impolite.
