The staff were great, which makes the state of the place even more disappointing. The bathroom was completely broken, and the two single beds pushed together were filthy, smelly, and had terrible broken springs. The facilities were a disaster. Never again.

We were delighted with the hotel, and its Google rating really doesn't do it justice. The welcome was warm, they helped with our luggage, and everyone was incredibly attentive. The room was just like the pictures: a spacious 65 m², modern, clean and comfortable, with everything working properly. The Wi-Fi was flawless; I worked from the room, where there was a comfortable spot, and the 90 Mbps was plenty even if it wasn't 300. The air conditioning also heats well, which matters in winter. And yes, the water is properly hot, almost too scalding to stand under. Claims that it was only cold or lukewarm weren't true in our experience. The TV looked old at first, but an Android box was connected, with buttons for Netflix, YouTube and other services. Everything worked without a problem. We loved it all, and I don't understand the bad reviews. They seem to be about somewhere else.

Gaston is a genius, and the service was excellent. The location is splendid, the rooms are really comfortable, and the mattress, pillow, and shower were lovely. Highly recommended, don't hesitate to stay here.

The location near the Recoleta Cemetery is good, and the apartment was clean and spacious. Towels and sheets were changed every day, and the receptionists were polite. But it was poorly maintained, with damaged walls, no cooking utensils, a dirty sofa, and a very noisy air conditioner that leaked. In room 601, the shower inside the bathtub was slippery, and a leak left the whole bathroom covered in water whenever we showered. We complained, but they only gave us towels to put over it, so I had to dry the bathroom after every shower.
