The host was very kind, and the service was excellent.

We’d been traveling all day, and night fell with nowhere to sleep. I’d called around noon and was told they’d hold a spot. I said we’d arrive around 8 or 9, then called again as we got close, only to be told there was no room. Thankfully, we went to the house in the courtyard, where a lady treated us wonderfully. What bothers me most is seeing negative reviews answered rudely instead of the mistake being admitted. What nerve! PS: After the response I got, I want to clarify that when I first contacted them, they said no reservation or payment was needed, just that I should call when we were approaching. When my partner called, she was told there was room. But as soon as we said we’d already spoken earlier that day, they said there was no room. I don’t think I was rude when I contacted them, and honestly, I don’t know what the problem was. If you’re going to reply, at least be clear and don’t lie. Of course most reviews are positive, as with most places on Google. If it were that good, though, it wouldn’t have only a 3.9 rating. Compare it with other places. Just seeing how you answer reviews like these shows me how much you want to wash your hands of the problem. I’m sorry my opinion upset you, but I was really angry about not having a place to stay when I thought we had one booked. I only asked because this was the cheapest place I found, since I was just passing through and didn’t want to spend money. And the rude one was the unfriendly woman we spoke with on the phone. You’re the ones who were rude and gave us false information. It seems you’re the ones who need to take a good look at yourselves. You disrespected us first, then insulted me and all the other people who left negative reviews instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding. I see I’m not the first this has happened to.

We arrived late, but the owner still stayed up to welcome us and was really kind. It’s an easy place to relax, with everything you need for a good night’s sleep. I’d definitely recommend it.

We felt right at home with Myriam and Erik. They’re so warm and kind, and total geniuses. The place is clean, affordable, and has what you need for a few days. You can eat there too, and the service is wonderful. We’ll absolutely be back. A big hug to you both!
