The view is incredible, and the place is quiet. Just keep in mind that you have to climb stairs. The bathroom is spacious and well located, and the kitchen has what you need, including a microwave and refrigerator. Hot water was no issue. Carlos gave us excellent service, and they provide receipts.

Great views from every apartment and really friendly service. The location works well too, close to the center without being right in the middle of it, outside the metered parking area, and near all the buses. The price for what you get is excellent.

The person in charge was really friendly and attentive, and the apartment was spotless with a lovely view. Ours was on the second floor, though, so there were lots of stairs. The extra bed was tiny, and they should let guests know that. Its folded foam mattress sagged everywhere. We had to ask for new pillows, sheets, and comforters because the ones provided were very old, even though they were clean. The heating thermostat was set so low that it was often cold.

Carlos and his wife treated us very well, and the apartment's amenities all worked perfectly. My partner and I stayed in a two-story apartment with a wonderful lake view. The street was quiet but close to the city center, and the building had covered parking that was easy to access. Excellent value for money.
