The staff were the best part. They explained what we needed to know about the waterfalls and gave us helpful tips and suggestions that made our trip better and cheaper. Thanks for everything, Fernando!!!! It's an inexpensive option, just two blocks from the bus station and town, so getting around is easy. The rooms and pool aren't great, but for the price it's okay.

The owners were kind and helpful, and made me feel at home. I had a lovely stay. The rooms were nice, and the pool and surrounding areas were well maintained. Really recommend! :)

The location is the good thing here: it's an easy walk to downtown, and the rooms are fine. The staff weren't friendly or supportive when I asked them to book an airport shuttle. I wanted the 11AM bus, but they told me to take the 8AM one because the trip to the airport took three hours. That wasn't true, since it was only 20 kms, so I arranged transport myself. They only take cash and charged me more than the amount listed by the booking agency. I left feeling bad about the place.

The pool is there, but it's tiny and mainly useful for cooling off. WiFi doesn't reach beyond the communal area. The decor in the rooms was unusually odd, and they didn't feel clean. Breakfast was okay, though self-catering wasn't much of an option: the kitchen is basically outdoors and has very little equipment.
