The house is comfortable and well located, but the service doesn't justify the price. Laundry was listed on the website, yet it wasn't available. When the refrigerator had a problem, the owner made little effort to sort it out. We went five days without one, and she didn't seem concerned. The bathrooms and kitchen also weren't clean enough.

We were disappointed by the service, and the price made it worse. There was no toilet paper, no cleaning, and no fresh towels or sheets. We didn't have hot water for showers during our stay, and the jacuzzi wasn't working either. Silvia even said we hadn't mopped and complained that the towels were dirty, although they had never been changed. She also didn't bill us for the actual cost of the stay. For what we paid, we could have gone somewhere with basic services. I'd give it zero stars if that were possible.

We stayed at Casa Labian for 8 days, and all 8 of us were comfortable. There are two refrigerators, comfortable mattresses, and four bathrooms, three with showers. The house is spacious and well equipped, with a yard, grill, large table, and lovely view. The neighborhood is quiet and still close to the center. We had no problems and I highly recommend it.

The garden has a children's playground, and there's a garage and barbecue area. The main house is spectacular, with several bedrooms, some with en suite bathrooms and whirlpool tubs. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets soft, and the decor lovely. There are also two smaller cabins on the property. It was a pleasure staying there.

The house has all the appliances we needed and is comfortable and spacious. There's a patio with parking and a grill, shared with the other guests. One downside for a longer stay is that there's no washing machine.
