I booked through Decolar using the hotel-only filter, but this clearly isn't a hotel, and the listing didn't make that clear. It also didn't say the bathroom is shared with more than four rooms. There are three guest rooms and one for the person in charge. Breakfast was listed as included, but there was only coffee grounds. The room was cramped, and the bathroom was very old and dirty. The sink looked like it was about to fall off the wall, and during my 7 days there, the house and bathrooms were never cleaned. The upstairs bathroom window has no curtain, so the neighbor can see people showering. The common living areas are attractive, but they aren't cleaned either. From the photos and personal belongings, it's clear the person in charge lives in the house and rents out the extra rooms.

The house itself is comfortable and attractive, and Las Victorias is well situated near shops. The way guests were treated, though, was poor, and I'd suggest staying elsewhere. Malena (Sara) was rude and handled things inconsistently. We were given towels while other guests weren't, and she told some people breakfast was included but told us it wasn't. There was no coffee for anyone. She arbitrarily charged us $10 USD for a late check-in caused by flight delays, which weren't our fault. The shared supplies were locked away after the first day. She also demanded that we leave our room earlier than agreed, saying more guests were arriving, but nobody came.

Daniel Bisogni took over this house. It took me three years to get him out. He had no permit to sublet or any other permits, and he left the house in ruins. I'm still repairing it. These people are despicable.

We went without hot water for two days and without heating for three. Breakfast was very poor, and sometimes there wasn't any. The bathroom is shared, but that isn't mentioned. They also charge a $10 fine if you need to leave early because you live far away.
