The meals were a strong point: both breakfast and dinner were very good, varied, and tasty, and the service was good as well. The location is very good too, which makes the condition of things a shame. We had to switch rooms because the shower had no hot water, and the key couldn't be removed from the door when it opened. The replacement room was spacious, but its bathroom was tiny and the shower extremely narrow. I can't imagine how a larger person would manage to shower there. There was no fan. Like many 2- or 3-star hotels I've read about, this place badly needs maintenance.

The staff were the hotel's best feature. Each person contributed in their own way, with empathy and a great attitude toward tourists. Their kindness and willingness to help made the service wonderful. Thank you so much for making our vacation so lovely.
