The apartment at Rivas was nice, but the service wasn't worth it. We'd stayed at Gascón before without any major problems. At check-in, Abigail was lovely and helped us deal with a few issues: there was no heating, the temperature sensor batteries were dead (she fixed that), and the microwave was missing. I had to ask twice before they brought one. There was almost no water pressure, and some taps barely worked. Then on our last night, the whole building ran completely out of water, including the taps and toilets. We had no hot water until we left, so we couldn't shower even though we had an unavoidable commitment. The supposed DeptosVip manager, "Lucas," had no control over things, no empathy, and no useful response. He didn't even offer a jug of water. The women working with him were much more effective. If you run into an unexpected problem here, nobody will help. The apartment itself is worth it when it's managed properly, but the service isn't. "Lucas" is very inept and basic, and his commission isn't worth it. Even for free, it would still be expensive 🤣.

Verónica's service was a gem, and the apartment was super comfortable. It's in an ideal spot, just half a block from Varese beach, with an ocean view. I was speechless, excellent all around! We left, but we'll be back. Highly, highly recommended!

Modern apartment with an ocean view, parking, and all the amenities. It was beautifully decorated and very complete, with a great location. Works well for either a short or long stay. I loved it and would come back!

Right by Varese Beach, this is an excellent option. We had a big balcony overlooking the ocean, a lovely living and dining area, a roomy kitchen, and bedrooms in great condition. The bathrooms were comfortable too. Our basement parking spot was easy to use, and there was also plenty of street parking.
