The pool and friendly staff were the only good parts for me. The rooms are old, and there aren't any electric outlets. Water comes out of the toilet and shower in bursts like a machine gun; the shower gets so hot it could burn you. Some rooms face construction work, with an uncovered window looking right at the workers, so there's no privacy. I'd pick somewhere outside the center and take an Uber in if needed. Definitely not this three-star hotel.

I'd stay here again. The staff are consistently kind, the rooms are large, and breakfast is good. The location is great too. Some of the room stuff is useless, like the CD player that wouldn't turn on, and the rooms need attention. Our heater was leaking. If you're driving, keep in mind the hotel has no parking and street parking is expensive.

Our flight changed, so this was a last-minute one-night stop before moving to our other hotel. The central location was good and the room was okay, but the service wasn't great.

You're right on Bariloche's main street, among the chocolate shops, and only a short walk from good bars and restaurants. The room felt old, though, and the bathroom radiator stayed blazing hot the whole time. Staff couldn't turn it off when I asked. I tried leaving the windows open, but the cleaners shut them and left the bathroom door open, so the heat built back up in the room. Luckily, there was a powerful fan. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special.

The location puts you right in the center, and there's free parking. The staff were super helpful and nice, and the hotel menu was good with decent prices. The pool is warm and has massage equipment. Try the crepes at the breakfast buffet.
