The pool area is beautifully designed and the water is warm, but it was very dirty and murky. We could see hair and snot floating in the whirlpool. I think there aren't any showers by the pool entrance, so people don't rinse off before getting in. Our room, 301, faced a wall and felt old. The floor was broken, the bathroom was old too, and we couldn't open the window for fresh air because the room was above the kitchen and the food smell was intense. The bed was okay, but the pillows weren't comfortable. Breakfast was okay, though I've had much better at other hotels. The hotel is up a steep gravel road, and you can usually find a parking spot. Maybe it's worth staying outside the city if you're lucky enough to get a room with a view. I wouldn't stay here without a car. I was disappointed and didn't enjoy the stay.

We stayed 4 nights, and my only real issue was that the internet would stop working around 8:30pm. Breakfast was included and the best. The hotel was great, and I'd highly recommend it.

We had a great two-night stay at Villa Huinid. The outside doesn't look especially impressive, but our room was large and clean. Some rooms have a nice lake view. Breakfast and lunch were very good, and the service was good too.

My cabaña had a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, with a view of the lake. Breakfast was good and the internet was fast, so everything was fine. Just keep in mind that the hotel is 2.6 km from downtown Bariloche, and there's nowhere to eat during the first mile. Budget $7 for each round trip into town.

The small rooms are nice and look out over the lake. The breakfast buffet is decent. Staff weren't especially friendly to people who don't speak English. The hotel is only a 30mins walk from the city centre, but there's a huge gravel driveway and a ten min uphill hike afterward, so keep that in mind. Staff can order a remis, which should cost $75AR.
