The service was good, but the room is looking worn and could use an upgrade.

The room had everything I needed, and the bathroom was complete and clean. Staff were really attentive and friendly, and the location right in the city center was excellent. We had a wonderful stay. Great value for money, and I'd definitely recommend it.

My sister was on a graduation trip, and what happened was awful. The cleaning or hotel staff lost her wallet, which had her cards and money in it, and they used her Mercado Pago card for everything. She'd forgotten the wallet, and the only thing they told her was to come back for her ID. On top of that, they ask for a non-refundable security deposit? They disgust me.

The hotel itself and the food were great, but there was barely any water. At first the top three floors had none, and later it seemed like only the first floor had water. I paid over 1 million for my graduation trip, so I expected acceptable conditions.
