The people in charge were really nice and helpful, and the location is amazing. The rooms are a bit worn, but large enough for two. They need more than just a fresh coat of paint. The air conditioning worked fine, and in January 2023 it cost 25eur per night. The value for the price is incredibly high.

The room was awful, and the receptionists were rude. The room was dirty, with stains on the walls and ceiling. Street noise was huge, and the window wouldn’t fully close. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower flooded everything. The sink was outside the bathroom, so the room got wet very quickly. The bed was far too soft and uncomfortable. They charged more than my reservation said, and the receptionists seemed almost pleased to do it.

The personnel were very friendly, but this has to be the worst hotel in town. Its only perk is the location, right on one of Buenos Aires’ best-known tourist avenues.
