We stayed for about 5-6 nights after visiting in November-December 2025. My friend and I booked a double room and paid around $160 altogether. The staff were kind and always available, with someone at the front desk at all times. Breakfast was included with the booking and was really nice. The room was a little old, but that's perfectly fine for the location and how kind the staff were. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for an affordable, well-located hotel.

The hotel is uninhabitable. The female receptionist insulted me several times, acting as if she owned the place. Then, after I asked them to do their job and make my room habitable, she couldn't control herself and became violent toward me. The receptionist, who pretends not to be from Croatia, is violent.

The staff were helpful and attentive, but the room was a letdown. The headboard was broken, and the shower water never got properly hot. With the city so cold, taking a shower was miserable. I knew from the reviews to expect a basic hotel, but this still fell short.
