Clean rooms with big beds, though ours had an interior window with curtains. The location is great, and breakfast was fine, if a bit stingy. Some staff were pleasant, others less so. An okay hotel, but there was no hot water.

The reception team were the highlight for me. They were patient, kind, and attentive, and helped me with everything. The hotel is only half a block from the main square, close to everything. I stayed three nights in Tilcara and had all I needed in the room: a big comfortable bed, plenty of clothes storage, and a spacious, well-equipped bathroom. The shower had good pressure and temperature. Breakfast was generous, and everything I tried tasted great.

Just a few steps from everything in the heart of Tilcara, the location is superb. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and smiling. Our room wasn't big, but it was comfortable, with a huge bed and bathroom. There's no air conditioning, though the ceiling fan is powerful, and it cools off at night anyway. The hotel is simple but beautiful, very clean, and well kept. Breakfast was adequate, but the lack of variety is probably my only complaint. It was a very good choice, and I'd gladly stay again if I return to Tilcara.

The staff are so warm and welcoming, and the service, cleanliness, and location were all excellent. At breakfast everything was ready, with a little surprise each time, maybe homemade pudding, cake, or tart. Highly recommend it.

The main square and its artisan market are right on the corner, so the location is excellent. The reception staff were attentive, and the hotel has a lovely, warm atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Excellent value for money.
