The location is excellent, and the staff were good, though they didn't go out of their way. Our room was small, and the bathroom was tiny, especially the shower. Breakfast isn't included. You can pay for it, and the price is okay. As a budget hotel, it's fine.

Right in the middle of town, the location is very good, and the small rooms were clean. The beds, though, were so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor. One day my husband and I stayed in to read and rest, and I wound up with bug bites. I wondered if they came from the main comforter. There may be a bed bug risk, though my husband didn't get any bites.

The location worked perfectly for us and our interest in nightlife. The front desk is open 24 hours, the room was nicely spacious with a private bathroom, and the price was surprisingly cheap for a city like bariloche. Maybe that's because it's summer in a ski town. We slept well, with no noise from outside.

The rooms were clean and good, and breakfast was coffee, tea, and pastries. The location earns this hotel five stars from me: right in central Bariloche, close to lots of restaurants and shops.
