The view is amazing, and the apartment was comfortable, neat, and looked almost new. It worked really well for a couple looking for a getaway. There’s a supermarket within walking distance, but the place is far from the city center, so getting around could be tricky without a car. Still, it’s well worth staying.

The price went up during our stay, and they wouldn’t take a credit card, only cash. It was very weird. We overpaid, and the place wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been.

Claudia was friendly and accommodating during our four nights at Orillas del Gutierrez, which was the one thing I’d single out positively. The accommodation needs maintenance, and the bed is old. From the lower beach, the lake view doesn’t match the photos. The beach is public, so perhaps it’s better that it isn’t visible from the accommodation. Poor value for money.

Claudia was incredibly helpful, and Ivana kindly sorted out the booking error I made. We stayed in a studio with an excellent view of Lake Gutierrez and received top-notch service. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend staying here.

The cabin is small, but comfortable and beautiful, and I’d especially recommend it for families with children. It’s a simple, quiet place. The shore gets crowded in the afternoon, but that’s inevitable around Patagonia’s lakes.
