We had an extremely good four-day stay at REFUGIO DEL LAGO. The views across the place are panoramic, and we found everything we needed, from cleanliness and comfort to hospitality. LOUCIE AND ROUPEN, the owners, were friendly and ready to guide us or help with whatever we wanted to do, whether rafting, hiking, walking, exploring nature, finding a nice restaurant, or shopping. A perfect experience.

The Refugio is right on the lake, so in summer you’re only a few steps from the beach. My family and I spent a few days there and found it peaceful and welcoming. The accommodation was very comfortable and spotless, and Ari was always attentive and suggested things for us to do. Thanks for making our vacation unforgettable!

We felt right at home and will definitely come back. The beach has private access, and having kayaks there is a huge plus. The views are spectacular, and the facilities are clearly well cared for. The owners ran the place and were incredibly attentive throughout our stay. A dream location!

I’ve visited Bariloche several times, but nowhere has given me service as excellent as Refugio del Lago. The rooms are comfortable and practical, with views of the lake, and the place is beautiful in any season. The owners are incredibly friendly. If I come back to Bariloche, I’ll definitely stay there again.

Being able to enjoy the lakeshore and kayaks without leaving the property was lovely. The staff were excellent and always attentive to what we needed. Our apartment had everything we needed and more, with comfortable, spacious, cozy rooms. The en-suite bedroom’s jacuzzi overlooking Lake Gutierrez is a bonus I have to mention. We had a wonderful few days at this excellent place.
