We found it reasonable for the price, and the manager was friendly. The room was clean apart from the duvet cover in our case. It was quite noisy, so I wouldn't choose it if you want somewhere quiet. The kitchen had the basics, and they supplied towels and toiletries, which really helps when traveling light. Check-in and check-out were easy. The entrance ramp is a little strange.

For the price, this place is a real find. It's in a great location, with excellent internet and very good service. A great option whether you're traveling alone or as a couple. Highly recommend it.

We had several problems during our stay. On the first day, our room had no cold water. The next night, some guests got drunk, made a disturbance all night, and vomited in the hallway. There was no security guard or receptionist to contact. Our room was also very hot. After we opened the window in the morning, someone in an apartment upstairs threw water mixed with bleach, apparently while cleaning, and it stained our clothes and backpack. The response was limited to saying they'd warn the cleaning staff to be careful. Then the shower in the room we were moved to flooded. The apartment was warm and the location was good, but the walls are paper-thin.
