The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the rooms were fantastic, tidy, and clean. We got a warm welcome, and breakfast was included to start the day. The location is ideal, just 15 blocks from the bus terminal. 100% recommended. Tago the dog is a great companion in the kitchen!

I was travelling alone and it was my first time in Bariloche, but I felt very comfortable during my two-night stay. Sol was friendly from the moment I arrived and suggested some places around the city. Excellent hostel, and the staff were wonderful. Thank you 😊

We were stuck at the terminal, and they welcomed us without any problem. The reception staff were incredibly kind, and they even had breakfast ready for us. Those little things really make a difference. So, so grateful ❤️

There was an error on their website that canceled our private-room reservation, but they immediately found us another solution. They arranged a private room at another hostel or hotel and ended up booking us at the Soft Hotel, where we had an amazing room and breakfast included. Their kindness, attention to detail, and ability to solve the problem were incredible. Thank you so much!
