Apartments Bariloche

We booked two weeks ahead and confirmed that we were traveling with twins, and that cribs would be available and families were welcome. At check-in, Flavia at the front desk was very rude. She assigned us a fourth-floor room in a building with no elevator, and said no one could help with our luggage. She offered to move me to another hotel for more money, and it felt like she was trying to push us away from the start. If they didn't want families there, I wish they'd said so upfront. We found a friendlier hostel in town for a better price. This place isn't suitable for families or people with mobility needs.

I spent five nights here and thought the price and service were a great match. Breakfast and the facilities were good enough. There's a spa, though I didn't use it. The place is near the center, with lots of restaurants and bars around.

The common area was good, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly, too. A few things in the room could use maintenance, but the good atmosphere wasn't spoiled by that 🙂. The location was good as well.

The view from my room was incredible, and the hostel felt safe and really cute. Claudia at the front desk was kind and helpful. I'd stay here again, 10/10.
