The cabin we stayed in fit five people and had beautiful views, plus a desk that was just right for lunch or mate with that same view. The place is lovely and comfortable, the pre-arrival service was fantastic, and everything we found was in order. I had everything I needed in the kitchen, and couldn't find a single fault. We loved it and will be back. I'm a Google guide and have stayed in places all over Latin America, from humble lodgings to five-star hotels. I was outraged reading the review by someone called "Laura" who complained about kitchen cleanliness and missing utensils. If she needed some particular knife to cut Baltic rue cheese, the staff seemed very willing to sort out little issues like that. Don't trust someone with one review who woke up thinking she was the Princess of the Netherlands. Trust guides with hundreds of photos and reviews on Google. It's not far from the center, about 15-20 minutes, and close to several walks and trails. One thing to keep in mind: if mobility is an issue, ask for an upstairs unit so you don't have to take the stairs.

We loved coming back each afternoon to have tea with my family. The lake looks spectacular in the daytime and at night, and our visit to Bariloche was wonderful. The staff were easy to reach and dependable from our very first contact. I'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it.

The apartments are lovely, comfortable, and equipped really well. The whole complex is beautiful, with excellent service. A great spot to relax and enjoy yourself. Thanks, Aucapillan. We hope we're back soon! 😊

The area is peaceful and close to the beach, and the views are excellent. There's no garage, though. Cars are left outside the complex in a designated open-air parking area. The place is comfortable, clean, and modern throughout. The kitchen has all the utensils you need, and the facilities are in great condition. An excellent place to stay.

We were welcomed warmly with our two four-legged babies, and Samanta was so friendly, giving us all the information we needed. The apartment is spacious and the views of the area's typical landscape are incredible, so I'd recommend it for those reasons. A hairdryer and air conditioning would be helpful, since it gets a bit hot in the apartment during the afternoon. Also, parking is outdoors.
