The heated pool really makes a difference, and the restaurant in the complex has a wide choice of dishes at reasonable prices. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Laura. I was very happy with my stay and highly recommend it.

The location is very good and the complex is beautiful, so I hope they fix things and we can come back. This was our third visit in about eight years, and we left very sad. I think Laura showed us the apartment. There was so much wrong in apartment 26, including a broken doorknob, and I sent photos. The place badly needs maintenance and, even more sadly, cleaning. I wrote to AIDA to share what we thought and got no reply at all. Seeing how it’s been kept, I don’t know how they can rent it out.

It’s a pretty place, but it’s gone downhill, and at 60,000 pesos per person per night it isn’t a budget stay anymore. The sheets were clean but stained, and the old mattresses were stained too. It looked like they never use mattress protectors. There are no bathrooms at the pool. The manager was very helpful, though she also seemed like she’d charge you for breathing. At that price, there should be facilities to justify it.

It felt peaceful and close to everything, and I was right at home. Mrs. Laura was so friendly and attentive to whatever the guests needed. The restaurant served delicious food at a very reasonable price too. I definitely recommend the place and will come back for my next vacation.
