Puerto Somiedo - Pinamar Apartments

After waiting a year for our beach vacation, we ended up going back to our city the day after arriving, even though we’d booked a week. The bathroom flooded from a bathtub leak, and the plumber they sent to “fix” it didn’t change that. The living room air conditioner wasn’t working either. We didn’t want to spend our vacation stuck in the apartment with plumbers and AC technicians. While water from the bathroom soaked my suitcases, they told us, “No one complained.” Apparently things had been broken from the moment we moved in.

The terrace amenities, pool and lounge chairs, were a nice plus, along with the breakfast, service, and price. The location is very good too. The apartments are comfortable and built with good materials, but need maintenance. I found patches of peeling paint, and the bathroom ceiling had a leak with mold around it, like it had been there for a while.

Upstairs there’s a small heated pool that’s lovely for relaxing, and the owners are very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. The apartment is laid out really well, with a coffee maker, oven, and all the utensils you could need to enjoy time with your family.

The owners were incredibly attentive, and the cleaning staff were helpful and left everything spotless. Breakfast was generous too. The place looked just like it did online, with comfortable beds, good heating, and everything working perfectly.
