The cleaning service was my one real complaint. I think it was the same girl throughout our stay, and she seemed apathetic, as though she were doing us a favor. We left the tied trash bags neatly arranged for her to pick up, but even that seemed to bother her. I didn't like the way they responded, either. On our last day, after Walter kindly let us finish breakfast at our own pace, she came to the door and told us to hurry because another family was arriving. It was 10:23 am, while check-in wasn't until 2:00 pm. That didn't feel like a good way to treat guests. Otherwise, the cabin was cozy, quiet, spacious, and good value for money. We were two couples, four adults, and although the cabins are close together, we had privacy and couldn't hear the neighbors. Our unit had a covered grill, so we could barbecue even in a drizzle; if it wasn't raining, we could eat outside. I understand there's also a covered barbecue area in the complex. The place is near Bunge, the main avenue, so you can walk to the town center, and it's also very close to the beach. They don't rent to groups of young people, which helped make it relaxing for a family stay. Downstairs there was a sofa, TV, sitting area, kitchen and dining space that suited four or five adults, plus a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs were a double-bed main bedroom and another room with a single bed and bunk beds, three extra beds altogether. That second bedroom had no air conditioning, so it gets very hot on hot days. Adding air conditioning there would be a useful improvement, just a suggestion, not meant as a harsh criticism. The upstairs bathroom had a bathtub and bidet. Walter, the owner, was wonderful. He was kind, polite, and attentive to our questions before we booked, gave us recommendations, and made us feel welcome. I thought checkout was at 11:00 AM, but it was actually 10:00 AM. When I asked, he said it was fine if I was late and told me not to worry, to put everything away, and even said breakfast was okay if we needed it.

It was heated and well equipped, and everything was lovely and very clean. The service was excellent, and the location was superb.

The owners gave excellent service, and the place itself is beautiful.

Great price, and you can manage without a car. The cabins are open year-round, 150 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the town center. They're in excellent shape for cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities; everything works, and linens are provided free.
