The location was the only good part. The furniture was old and worn, the apartment was dirty, and the bed covers and sheets were dirty too. There weren't enough towels, and nobody came to clean or even ask if I needed anything during my three nights. It wasn't worth the price, and it didn't come close to being a luxury apartment. The photos didn't match what I found there, which isn't what a tourist expects from a luxury apartment. The Wi-Fi was really slow. There was only one TV in the whole apartment, none in the bedrooms, and the hot water ran out quickly. Really bad. I took a lot of pictures of what the apartment actually looks like.

The location is great, but the place badly needs maintenance. The walls are dirty and a few small things need fixing. The stairs aren't safe for children.

It's a nice apartment, but not luxurious. The furniture is old, damaged, and worn. They don't provide napkins, decent soap, or many towels.

There are subway and bus stops three blocks away, and the apartment is a few blocks from Palermo Park, La Rural, and the hospital area. A great option if you're staying in Palermo. The apartment is spacious.
