Restaurants, shops, and plazas are right nearby, and everything is very walkable. The subway entrance is about a 10-minute walk away. This apartment style hotel worked really well for our week near Palermo, with a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, including a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. I'd definitely recommend staying here in Buenos Aires.

We liked it so much that we extended our stay by three days. The cafe/bar downstairs serves good food and drinks, and the guy running it is really nice. The apart-hotel was a great deal. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, with room for two adults and a toddler to sleep well. We came in summer and the air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was super clean and the shower pressure was good. Highly recommend!

I meant to stay just a few nights and wound up here for more than a week. Everything you need is on hand, and the staff are extremely helpful. It's centrally located and feels like a great respite, especially for foreigners. Being so close to Palermo makes it an ideal base for a first visit to Buenos Aires. I don't usually write reviews, but this little gem deserves the shout out.

There's a kitchenette in the room, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place felt safe and was easy to get to, with simple places to eat and provision stores nearby.
