Tres deseos

Claudia was incredibly kind and dedicated, and the “Three Wishes” cabin went beyond what we expected. It was comfortable and looked great, too. We’d absolutely recommend it and will come back!

The cabin itself deserves five stars. We stayed in January 2022, and it was really nice and comfortable, with good bedding, everything working properly, including the kitchen and shower, and the maintenance was impeccable. It’s practical and very good. The shared outdoor areas were a different story for us. The barbecue grills and garden are right by the owner’s house, so it felt like her space was always occupied, and her family used it the first weekend we were there. Her son works there every day, parking his truck and doing woodworking. During the few afternoon hours when we might have napped, we could hear tools and other noises. If the garage is empty, they use it for their cars. I needed a kitchen utensil once, and although the owner lent it to me, she kept asking for it back during my stay. I’d read other guests saying it was great to have the owner around, but we found it uncomfortable. It felt like staying at a relative’s house who doesn’t want you there! Haha. I hope this helps anyone considering the place and gives the owner a reason to think about how the shared spaces could work better for guests. Thanks. The location also needs some thought: the cabin is right by the road, which was particularly noisy the first weekend. It’s opposite the Cerro Otto cable car, so there are people around all the time, with cars and buses arriving throughout the day. Artists play music all day, and if you open the curtains, you can see and hear them from the cabin, which can get annoying.

I’ve stayed at this complex many times, and Claudia is always incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. The location is just minutes from the city center but still peaceful, right at the foot of Cerro Otto. The cabin is cozy and has that classic Bariloche look, with lovely wooden details. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Claudia is so friendly, and the location is hard to beat: right at the foot of Cerro Otto and just a few meters from beautiful Nahuel Huapi Lake. Excellent place to stay, fully recommended.
