The vineyard setting was full of quiet places to sit, read, or just take in the lovely grounds. Each evening the lounge opened, and the welcoming staff offered us a complimentary glass of one of the many Furlotti wines. The menu ranged from tapas and bruschetta with fresh vegetables to their signature Lomito sandwich. Chef Cristina showed us how to make mendocian empanadas in her cooking class, and we watched her prepare an asado for dinner. The finca was also a short drive from other wineries and restaurants, and Gabriella, the owner, was around every day, walking the grounds, chatting with guests, and managing the incoming grape harvest for their winery. We spent six days at Finca Adalgisa and loved this peaceful finca. It's small, but the service and thoughtful details make a big impression. Our room was comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was served in a lovely room until 11 am, with staff who remembered how we liked our coffee or tea. There was fresh-squeezed orange juice, fruit, farm-fresh eggs, and lots of homemade jams and breads. A newly installed water and wine station meant drinks were available 24/7. It was an amazing week, and we highly recommend the hotel. Joanne and Walt

Dinner by the small vineyard was such a nice part of our evenings. We had the Asado, which was a lot of food, on our first night, then enjoyed the tapa selection and a complimentary glass of wine each evening after that. Kudos to the Chef. The grounds were beautiful, the staff were pleasant, and the pool was lovely after a hot day. We shipped some wine home, and it arrived today. Highly recommend Finca Adalgisa, where we had a fantastic three-night stay!

We felt at home right away in our very comfortable room in the main house. The place is relaxing, clean, luxurious, and peaceful, and it's tucked away in Chacras de Coria while still within easy walking or cycling distance of lovely restaurants and bodegas. We spent three days at the Finca in January 2026 and had the chance to take Christina's empanada cooking class and Nick's aroma class. If you can, do the aroma class early in your stay so it can enrich your wine tastings afterward. It's a very special place.

The staff were professional and helpful, and the place felt like a special treat. It's not cheap, but definitely worth a splurge. This stunning, exclusive Finca sits among its vines, with lovely rooms and a divine pool. The vineyard has a wonderful history, and each evening you get a complimentary glass of wine made from its vines. They also host events, including traditional Argentinian Asadores on Mondays. There's not that much to see in Mendoza itself, but there's a huge choice of vineyard visits. We hired a car for the day, though organized tours are also available, and drove up into the beautiful Andes.

The property overlooking the vineyards was lovely. I came for the cooking class with Cristina, and the explanations were detailed and well structured. It ended with tons of food, and wine was flowing throughout. I expected a big meal, but it still exceeded what I had in mind. A really lovely evening.
