We'd booked this specifically for the pool, and it was filthy and murky. The apartment's A/C barely worked, so we slept badly. The pictures are very outdated, and the furniture was old and stained. There wasn't much service to make up for any of it. One poor woman, who didn't speak English, was handling the kitchen, cleaning, and front desk. Breakfast was nearly nothing, maybe two or three medialunas that were gone quickly and some wilted fruit. We had kids with us and there wasn't anything for them. This place is past its prime. We just checked out, and I feel compelled to spare anyone else the horror of staying here.

The outdoor area looks old and worn, and the photos are very outdated, so the place doesn't look like them. The rooms are okay.

After our flight was delayed, the team stayed up late to welcome us, and they also helped arrange excursions. They even cooked us a phenomenal meal that made us feel right at home. Their dedication made the experience unforgettable. A special shoutout to Rodolfo, the best hotel manager we've ever encountered. This place felt like a home away from home, and we'll recommend it to everyone we know. For us, there's truly only one place to stay in Mendoza: here!

Our group had a great-value small “apartment” just off the main entrance: one bedroom with a king bed, another with three single beds, and a bathroom. It was incredibly clean despite the house and furniture looking a bit dated. The beds are quite firm, but there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The floors get very cold in September, so bring shoes or slippers to wear indoors. The shower was the best part, hot with great pressure, and breakfast each morning was wonderful. The staff spoke very little English, but our bit of Spanish was enough and we didn't have any issues.

We were six, three couples, and spent some lovely evenings eating empanadas and drinking wine until late. I'd recommend it.
