2/10
There seems to be little, if any, maintenance. The materials are old and dilapidated, paint is peeling, and the bed covers were visibly stained and dirty. The towels were gray when they should have been white. The faucet and shower handles were broken and fell off, and some fixtures looked like they belonged in a garbage dump. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority. Even simple questions were met with blank stares. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

It was very cheap and centrally located, but the room was dated and rough around the edges. The blinds didn't seem to work properly, and there were hardly any wall sockets. The lifts had manual doors and sometimes seemed not to start, though luckily they never stopped once they got going. You could hear noise from various bits of machinery, including the lift running all night.

The service was great. A receptionist named Andrea helped me and was very polite. Thank you!

The lomo sandwiches at 1812 resto, right below the premier hotel, are pretty mean.
