The lake view was beautiful and breakfast was okay. The room stayed super hot the whole time, even though apparently the heater wasn't on. It was dirty, the beds were hideous, and the curtains were too small for the windows, so they didn't cover much.

The meals were a highlight for me. I haven't had food like that, even at some of the best restaurants. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, from reception and security to housekeeping and the kitchen, and the rooms were comfortable, lovely, and kept spotless. I was lucky to visit while helping coordinate a graduation trip. The view over Lake Nahuel Huapi felt almost unreal, like a Patagonian Camelot. I still think fondly of the place and hope to come back. I didn't get a chance to say goodbye to the wonderful people who work there. Bariloche is a dream of a city, and this is a comfortable place to rest in it.

The whole staff was excellent, and everything was clean and comfortable. We were there on our graduation trip, and the food was delicious too. Such a wonderful stay. Congratulations, and I hope I can come back soon.

We were there for four days, and the room was damp. The power went out three times on the day we arrived, and the heating wasn't working. They didn't bring us a space heater until the third day. Our room was right beside the kitchen, so the smells were really strong, and the elevator kept breaking down too.
