We only needed somewhere to crash for a few hours before a very early flight. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they booked a taxi to the airport, so everything went smoothly. The hostel is well placed, very near the civic centre but far enough away from the noisy area. The mattress was somewhat uncomfortable, though the pillows were great and the room was comfortably warm.

Nice reception staff, a good Creator meal, and a great price. The rooms are nice, with options for bunk beds or no bunks, and they let us check in early and store our equipment. Some of the room equipment, including the shower and beds, is old or missing.

I ended up here by accident from Air Bnb, thinking it was a hotel. It was the worst hostel I’ve ever seen. The place is extremely old, the bathrooms are terrible, the breakfast was a week old, and there was barely any running water.

The location is close to the centre, but the bathroom was uncomfortable. Sitting on the toilet meant putting your feet in the shower because there was nowhere else to put them. The shutter wouldn’t open, the door only stayed shut when locked, and there was no light switch within reach of the bed.

You can easily find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and tourism agencies nearby, since it’s right in downtown Bariloche. The staff were very friendly and spoke Spanish, English, and Portuguese clearly. Excellent hostel! I strongly recommend it and will be back.
