The hotel is quiet, warm, and charming, with a lovely bar for the afternoon or evening, a great breakfast, and amazing lake views. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained, and the people running it are warm and professional. We really enjoyed our 6 days here. A few downsides: the Wi-Fi was very slow, the shower water wasn’t hot during pick time, and there wasn’t much English spoken by the staff.

I was visiting someone at the hotel and got invited to breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety: delicious pastries, sandwiches, eggs cooked different ways, great coffee, and different kinds of fruit. Everything was presented beautifully, making it a pleasure to look at as well as eat. The staff deserve congratulations for taking such good care of the guests. I’ll certainly recommend this hotel to my friends abroad when they come to Bariloche.

The manager was so nice and helpful, and the homemade breakfast was amazing. I loved the beautiful view too. I’d love to come here again.

Maria Elena made our time in Bariloche feel especially welcoming. She was kind and ready to help with anything, and after I told her I have celiac disease, she put together a lovely gluten-free breakfast for me.
