I had a terrible vacation here and would not recommend staying in summer. We went in January, and our east-facing apartment looked toward the civic center and the lake. From dawn until noon, the sun made it feel like a scorching microwave. I suffered heatstroke. The building is old and needs renovation, and while the units were clean, ours was small, faced the back of the building, and had no air conditioning or air circulation. At night, opening the window meant deafening noise from motorcycles drag racing. With it closed, the heat was suffocating. People staying on the east side even left their apartment doors open to the lobby in the morning, like in a tenement, because otherwise the heat built up between the window and stovetop while they had breakfast. It felt like a greenhouse. The building management should install air conditioning and file a formal complaint with the municipality about the motorcycle races disrupting nighttime rest. The noise, heat, and lack of airflow made it impossible to sleep coolly and recharge. It felt like a death trap. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

For the price, it worked out fine for my partner and me. The room was well kept and had a kitchenette, microwave, and the like, plus a lovely view. Everything else was perfect. I held back the fifth star because it was nice, but not one of those truly beautiful, super-luxury hotels, haha. 👏🏻

The views were beautiful, and the apartment felt luxurious, with spacious, bright rooms that were well insulated from outside. There were six of us, though, and bedding was only provided for four. Also, the bathroom flooded every time someone showered.

The view was gorgeous, and everything was close by, from places to shop, eat, and have a drink to bus stops just a few meters away for getting around more cheaply. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and very well equipped, just like the photos, with an electric kettle, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, wardrobe, smart TV, and more. The building had cleaning, cameras, and 24-hour security, and Nico and Maru got in touch after I booked through booking. It was my first vacation in bariloche, and the apartment was only a few meters from the civic center and 100 mts from lake nahuel huapi. I'd definitely come back. Thanks!

Luciana was always attentive to every detail of our stay. The location was great, with a wonderful view of the lake, and there's a 24-hour reception!
