Julieta made everything easy during our six-day stay in March 2025. She was kind, answered our questions, and helped whenever we needed it. The house was beautiful, nicely heated, and everything worked well. We also enjoyed the patio. Shops of all kinds were close by, and public transport was just 50 meters away, making it easy to reach points of interest. Check-in and checkout were both simple. We had a lovely time and hope to return.

We were happy with the house overall. It was warm and lovely, with a huge bed, though the mattress wasn't very comfortable. There's a safe for check-in and an alarm, so you don't have to interact with the renter unless you want to. The water heater kept the shower comfortable, though the water came out in a thin stream. Direct TV includes Netflix if you have an account, as well as YouTube. We also liked having Blest and Manush around the corner, along with a supermarket on the same block. The YPF, described as a supermarket, is right next door on the corner, and its nighttime noise came through quite a bit when we left the bedroom window partly open because the heaters are gas. Bariloche center is about a 30-minute walk, or 15 to 20 minutes by car or other transport. The bus stops a block away at the corner of Bustillo, which makes getting downtown easier.

I wouldn't stay here again. The bathroom had a strong musty smell, and keeping the windows closed because of the heating led to more condensation. The garden was untended, and the rusty grill and garden weren't usable, despite being advertised. The neighbor's doors opening and closing made the room windows rattle. The place has basic amenities.

The owner was very friendly, and the location worked well. There are shops nearby, the beach is a block away, and the supermarket is half a block away. The house has all the amenities, including Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an alarm system.
