The room was huge and had an empty mini fridge, and the location was amazing. Most of the staff were nice. Breakfast was a letdown: the scrambled eggs had shells, there were no vegetables, and just one kind each of ham, cheese, and salami. The rest was pastry, and not very good. The options felt pretty unhealthy. Check-out at 10 am is earlier than anywhere I've stayed. The mattresses weren't comfortable for my taste. They don't provide slippers, so bring your own, and there aren't toiletries like a shower cap, nail file, or cotton pads.

The food was good, and the location is close to lots of shops, but I had a horrible stay. My room had bedbugs, and I was covered in bites. We only found an entire nest in the corner beside my bed on the last day. After we raised the possibility of bedbugs, staff supposedly cleaned and sanitized the room, but they never checked the nest. My limbs are still covered in bites. There were stained sheets, and the bathroom door was broken and had no lock. Service was bad too, they never showed up when we asked for help. In the dining room, every glass was still dirty, with little bits of paper or something in some of them. We were there as part of a huge tour group, which makes it feel like they don't care about tourists.

After a day out exploring Bariloche, this was a really pleasant place to come back to. Everything was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and both the pool and jacuzzis were lovely. Breakfast had good choices, and the night bar was cheap and handy for a quick drink. The staff were the biggest plus, so friendly and incredibly helpful that we had a lot more flexibility. Special thanks to receptionist Facundo. Exactly what you'd expect from the hotel, and I'd be happy to return. Five stars.

Not a pleasant stay. The people were very rude, and the timing was ridiculous: breakfast runs from 7 to 10 am, the same time you have to leave. Check-out is at 10, and they locked us out of our room.
