Mabel made us feel so welcome, with a lovely, thoughtful touch throughout. The apartment was spotless and renovated, and had everything you'd expect plus more: linens, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, TV with Google Play, a large mirror, and more. The electrical system is brand new, which we even checked, and the air conditioning works for both heat and cooling. The king-size bed was divine. Right in the heart of San Telmo, too. Mabel gave us all the tourist information we needed without us even asking. We're so grateful and look forward to enjoying the rest of our stay.

I've stayed at Petit San Telmo twice and loved it both times. If I get the chance to return, I'd choose the same place for sure. Mabel is wonderful, polite, and gives excellent service and attention. Sending her a big warm hug from Mexico 🙅🏻‍♂️.

We stayed in the Calma suite, which was spotless and had a spacious bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. The king-size bed and pillows were amazing, and the TV had Chromecast; there was also an inverter air conditioner for heating and cooling. Hot water was good, with a 65 liter tank that can cover up to two showers in a row, then takes two hours to refill. The suite is in a great spot in San Telmo, two blocks from Plaza Dorrego and plenty of bars and restaurants with excellent food. The area felt quiet despite the avenue traffic. The windows are a bit old, though, and let all the noise in. It's four blocks to the subway and two to buses that go all over the city. Highly recommended for the price if you're comfortable using public transportation, which is very efficient.

Mabel is an excellent host. She welcomed us with care and warmth. The apartment has everything: a microwave, split air conditioning, a minibar, and a water heater. The mattress, sheets, and towels were clean and good quality. Ten out of ten for everything.
