Gustavo was amazing. He gave us great advice and treated us like royalty, and the owner is a genius. The place was beautifully decorated, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is prime, with an incredible view. I'd give it 10 stars, and hope to come back soon. I traveled with my family to relax and connect with nature. Thank you so much, Flavio and Gustavo!

The view is gorgeous, and the peace and quiet make up for being nine blocks from the center. Lorena and her husband helped us plan our own excursions, which cost 75% less than what the tourist offices offered. Some trips definitely need a tour guide, but you can easily arrange many things yourself. The service and friendliness were 10 out of 10.

The location is hard to beat, close to the shopping area and bus terminal, and the park is beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. It tended to get very hot and had poor air circulation, so we asked for a standing fan and they helped us out. Gustavo's service was excellent, and a special mention to the canine "receptionists" ;) We booked through Booking.com, and it was excellent value for money.

The view is AMAZING, and the breakfast was really complete and delicious. Fabio and his wife were so attentive and kind, always ready to help. Highly recommended!
