We came back from dinner and found out why someone had turned on the lights while we were out: the roaches had come out of hiding. They were crawling all over every part of the room, big ones and little ones. Disgusting! The place looked a bit run-down when we checked in, but we didn’t mind at the time and only left our bags there. We complained and were moved to another room, but there were just as many roaches as soon as we walked in. We left and told the woman, and she just said, “Oh well.” So we had to find a different hotel at midnight. An awful experience, do not stay here!

The location is perfect and feels safe, and the room is spacious and clean. The TV and everything else worked. There’s only one pot and a kettle, though, so there isn’t enough cookware to make more than a few dishes. Bring a frying pan, spatula, salad bowl or container, and something to mix with.

The rooms were good, and the check-in and check-out times worked well. It was clean and the service was good. The Wi-Fi could be better, and some parking spaces are quite small. Still, it’s a good place to unwind.

I went to the location on Avenida Córdoba. The person I spoke with on WhatsApp and the hostess were great, but after that they gave me the number for someone called Mónica from Santa Fe. Her service was awful. She treated me terribly, with no patience or empathy, and came across as arrogant. She seems to think people are just numbers. I hope they fire her soon!
