For under $30 a night, we got a decent room, so the price felt fair. The beds were clean, the shower was warm, and the location was great. Breakfast was quick and easy, and the view from our front-facing window made for some nice rainy evenings. The staff were friendly and gave us useful advice about the city. There were a couple of downsides: we couldn’t get into the room by ourselves, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good.

Nasty place. The rooms were very dirty, and don’t count on them cleaning while you’re staying there. The fitted sheet was ripped, and the top sheet had tears and holes too. The TV and A/C both failed, so we slept with the window open and ended up with lots of mosquitoes inside. I also killed a cockroach in the bathroom. On our last night I used a blanket from one of the extra beds. The next morning I found four bites or something on the head of my private member. They look like fire ant bites. I really hope they heal soon. Don’t stay here. The photos in the other reviews are real.

The beds were disgusting, and there were cockroaches and flies in the kitchen. The place was not clean at all. The TV is very old, and considering the price, they still charge extra for the rooms. There’s barely a mini-fridge, and it’s no use if they won’t even let you eat there. The service and breakfast were good, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness. For a three-star hotel, it doesn’t meet even the most basic standards. Honestly, I’d give it zero stars. Don’t go.

We arrived at midnight, didn’t know the area, and stayed because we had little choice. I wouldn’t spend even one night there otherwise. The room was dirty and smelled bad, with no air conditioning even though it was 30°C/86°F. The key cards didn’t work, so the manager had to come upstairs to get the door open. Service was terrible, and it left me feeling unsafe, like you couldn’t tell whether someone might assault or kidnap you. Breakfast was just coffee and two pieces of toast. They charge like a three-star “hotel,” but this place doesn’t deserve even half a star. Calling it disgusting barely covers it. Don’t go.
